Bambi Kid's Club is a place for young children 18 months to 3 years old. It offers activities to stimulate curiosity, creativity, soclialization and physical development in an international family environment. Since its establishment 19 years ago, it provides a trusted and unique family experience to a small group of toddlers enabling them to get together for half a day, up to four days a week.

 

The Club is run by Ilse, teacher and mother of four grown up children. She has a long experience of more than 25 years with the very young ones and understand their needs and the ones of their families. The fulfilment and blossoming of children is at the center of all activities proposed at the Club every day.

 

To ensure dedicated attention to every child and a warm family environment, the number of children is limited to five per day. Attendance is part time, from 9am to 12 pm, on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays throughout the school year.

Ilse is authorized to be a « hosting family » by the service d’autorisation et de surveillance de l’accueil de jour (SASAJ) of the Office de l’enfance et de la jeunesse of the Republic and Canton of Geneva.  Parents are not expected to remain present during the Club activities, in order to stimulate children’s autonomy and self-confidence. 

 

Bambi Kids’ Club is not a full time private kindergarden or a communal day care structure reserved to parents who are working and are looking for full time day care or nursery for their children.
