Bambi Kids' Club was founded 20 years ago by Ilse Tomazzoni, a teacher and a mum. When Ilse arrived to Geneva, she could not find a place where her very young children could spend few hours with other international children and socialize.

 

She then decided to create Bambi Kids' Club, a space for children of different nationalities to meet and play together, where different languages and cultures naturally come together and surround the children while they move the first steps outside their home.  

 

Children are at the centre of  Ilse's life. She has a university degree from the University of Bologna and more than 25 years of teaching experience with young children. She is also the mother of four children between 14 and 25 years old. Ilse speaks English, French and Italian.

 

The Club proposes many activities for children. Ilse is authorized to be a "hosting family" by the Service d'autorisation et de surveillance de l'accueil de jour (SASAJ)  of the Office de l'enfance et de la jeunesse of the Republic and Canton of Geneva.
